This is a 1946 Ford Coupe
that was repaired at my shop. It’s not an original restoration but a street rod. The car was unbelievably rusty with a lot of parts missing. It really wasn’t a good car to restore to original and a perfect candidate for a custom project. I don’t believe in cutting up an all original car to make a custom or hot rod but I see nothing wrong with saving a car like this, turning it into a show piece and saving it from rotting into distinction. These are pictures of the car when I received it.

This is the inside floor and firewall

The car arrived with a full set of fiberglass fenders. I am not fond of fiberglass but I guess it saved the customer some money over locating steel ones and repairing them.
