Time for some repairs to the rocker panels. The old rocker panel was removed and unfortunately we found more rust in the rocker boxes. It was easily fixed by cutting it out and welding in some new metal.

After the rust was repaired the entire rocker box was coated with some red Zero-Rust.

The replacement rocker panels do not come with the end caps, so this area will have to be repaired with hand fabricated pieces.

This is the replacement rocker panel next to the old panel. The new panel did not come with a rocker extension piece. I didn’t find any sources that sell them which was not a big deal because they were easy to fabricate.

This is the new extension piece that we fabricated for the right side. If you need these pieces contact me.
