Right front fender repairs…the right fender rust was not as bad as the left side. Although the very front of the right fender had some previous damage that was hidden with some old body filler.


The inner brace had a small rust area that we repaired.


The outer rust was cut out and the fender brace was coated with Zero-Rust prior to welding the new patch in. Make sure you let the Zero-Rust coating dry thoroughly before you weld in the new metal. Like any paint, Zero -Rust is highly flammable when it is wet.


Here is the small area welded up and the welds finished with a grinder.


Here is the damage at the front of the right fender. This area was covered up with some body filler. We will need to do some hammer and dolly work on this area.
