After the underside of the body was painted the next step was to prepare the inside of the floor for paint. We used a sprayable seam sealer made by Winzer Corp. to seal all of the seams just like it came from the factory. Winzer has a special spray gun for use with their sprayable sealer. It works very well and duplicates the factory sealer almost perfectly…with a little practice and gun setup. HERE is a link to the sprayable sealer.

This is a close up view of the pattern that we used to duplicate the factory sealer.


All of the firewall and floor seams were sprayed with sealer.


This is the left rear wheelhouse area.
