Suede and Chrome Shout Out!

Thought I’d give a “Suede and Chrome Shout Out” to a member of our club the “Righteous Rodders”. Josh has a kool 1948 Chevrolet 2-door Sedan that he hopes to have on the road by next year.

His car is a true barn find. The body is very straight for a vehicle of it’s age, but unfortunately the interior has played host to a few small mammals over the years and the engine is stuck.

Josh recently found this 1946 Chevrolet 3-door “donor car”, and I stopped by the other day to check it out. Although the exterior has seen a better day, don’t let it fool you. The previous owner had done a great deal under the hood including an engine overhaul and all new vintage wiring, fuel lines, and brake lines. Josh actually gave me a “Righteous Rodders” ride around the barnyard in this vintage machine! (Too bad no cameras caught the action!)

Josh plans to use the 2 cars to make one. Can’t wait to get it in the “Righteous Rodder” corral! Good Luck Josh! Keep me posted on the build!
